One of our CFOs will be a comprehensive extension of your management team. We customize each engagement to our customer’s needs, and we typically see:

  • Pre-Seed: 5-10 hours per month

  • Seed: 10-25 hours per month

  • Series A: 25-50 hours per month

Growth


One of our growth marketers will fractionally embed with your team. We customize each engagement to our customer’s needs, and we typically see:

  • Pre-Seed: 5 hours per week

  • Seed: 10 hours per week

  • Series A: 10-15 hours per week

$135 / hour

There are no long-term requirements for engagement. We’re here to serve you and help you build a massive business on your terms.

Here’s our process:

    • Companies interested in Early Stage Labs meet with our CEO.

    • In the first meeting you’ll understand what we can offer, if/how we can move the needle, and how we’ll contribute to your burn.

    • If we believe we can serve you well and you think that we’re a good fit, we’ll figure out the right Early Stage Labs teammate to run point on your engagement.

    • We’ll arrange a follow-up meeting (can even be same day) with you, our CEO, and the proposed lead on your project.

    • We currently have 11 CFOs and 5 growth marketing execs. They each have different domain expertise, industry experience, and personalities.

    • Fit matters. We work to find the right person who can help drive your business forward.

    • We can be up and running quickly (typically 1 week, but can be same day if needed).

    • We focus on onboarding quickly. We know that startups don’t have time to waste.

    • Your lead runs point with you, but you always have full access to the entire Early Stage Labs team for support.
